This full-time, permanent position focuses on leading the day-to-day operations of multiple sites, including some of our largest and most influential clients. - Drive operational excellence and strategic improvements across multiple teams and sites.
- Collaborate with Site Managers to lead a culture of safety and quality, ensuring our high standards are met and exceeded.
- Utilise your hospitality expertise to enhance customer and client experiences through innovative food and beverage trends or training and development initiatives.
- Attract and retain top talent, ensuring our team reflects the high standards of the Business & Industry sector and our brands Restaurant Associates and Rapport.

- Seasoned in managing multiple hospitality venues with a keen eye for operational and commercial success.
- Skilled in occupational health, safety, and environment principles.
- Proficient in handling employment relations, with a proven track record of resolving workplace issues and enhancing employee engagement.
- Experienced in fostering strong client relationships and managing diverse teams across geographies.
- Motivated by a drive for business excellence and continuous improvement.
