Our client, is a leading national commercial painting company, has a full workload and is seeking an experienced Foreman Painter to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a small, dynamic team in a thriving company.

As a Foreman Painter, you will take on a leadership role within the painting crew. The ideal candidate will be trade qualified (or working towards it) and have at least 1-2 years of experience leading a team. You will need a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and take pride in your craftsmanship. With safety being a priority, we need someone who actively promotes and adheres to workplace safety practices.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Trade Qualified or working towards certification, with at least 2 years of experience in the painting industry
• Leadership Experience: At least 1-2 years leading a team in the field
• Workplace Safety: Strong understanding of and commitment to safety standards, including working at heights
• Reliable Transport: You must have dependable transportation
• Pre-employment Drug Test: Ability to pass a drug test
