Do you have fishing knowledge and want to help others gear up for their next big catch?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Team Member to join our Fishing Department.

Work Includes:

  • 5 days a week
  • One day in the weekend
  • Work on public holidays
  • Job training will be provided to use our point of sale and ordering systems


Must Haves:

  • Extensive Fishing Knowledge - Understanding of different fishing techniques (freshwater and saltwater), species, seasonal patterns.
  • Gear & Tackle Expertise - Familiarity with rods, reels, lures, lines, and other equipment to help customers find the right setup.
  • Bait & Rigging Know-How - Ability to recommend the best bait, knots, and rigs for various conditions.
  • Passion for the Outdoors - A genuine love for fishing, boating, and the outdoor lifestyle.
  • Great Customer Service & Sales Skills - Friendly, helpful, and eager to assist fellow anglers.
