The role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
Join our team as a Learning & Development Coordinator, where you'll work alongside the Workforce Development Lead to plan and schedule training, liaise with facilitators and regional administrators, and promote virtual and in-person courses. Your role will also involve monitoring course bookings, creating and sharing L+D business intelligence, ensuring resource availability, and encourage whakawhanaungatanga in all learning experiences. In this role you’ll:
- Coordinate and manage Cornerstone, the learning management system for workshops
- Promote and market other learning and development activities and services to staff using multiple communication channels.
- Actively contribute to project work that relates to Learning and Development strategic initiatives.
- Assist with the transition of learning materials to Virtual learning options following evidenced best practice in relation to maximising impact from virtual and eLearning
- Liaise with Careerforce and be a central communication point alongside the Workforce development lead
- This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.30pm.
About You | Mōu
You will have:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher
- Aptitude for using new and emergent technologies (eLearning platforms, database infrastructure, learning management systems, Human Resource Information Systems, AI platforms)
- Experience in the development of virtual or blended learning programmes.
- Proven experience in an administrative position
- Knowledge of mental health and NGO sector development
