The opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time office services coordinator to join our office services team, based in our Wellington office. This is a fantastic role for you if you enjoy working in a busy, varied and professional environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
If you are a recent university graduate looking for work exposure in a corporate (but fun and relaxed) environment, or if you have office services, coordination and administration experience and are interested in a new challenge, we would like to hear from you.
Some of the responsibilities you would be involved in includes photocopying, binding, mail distribution, couriers, attending to phone and email queries, assisting with room and furniture set up for meetings and functions, and general office maintenance like assembling office furniture, as well as other general duties – some including heavy lifting and use of a ladder.
What matters to us
We value people who bring a different perspective, who are passionate, curious and innovative. To be successful in this role, you would also ideally have:
- General office administration experience
- Intermediate Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Customer service experience
- Relationship management experience
- Minimum of four years secondary school attendance
We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, professional, friendly, well presented and able to develop relationships with internal and external clients. You will need to be responsive to queries, use your initiative and have a pro-active and positive attitude which is most important to us.
