As a key member of our Administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across a range of administrative functions. From welcoming guests at reception to managing accounts receivable and payable, auditing, banking, and reservations – you’ll be involved in it all. We are looking for a reliable and adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. This role requires flexibility with working hours, as it includes rostered shifts across 7 days, with peak demand during weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.
The perfect candidate will bring

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Confidence in multi-tasking and using initiative.
Proficiency in MS Office and sound numeric skills.
Previous experience in accounts, cash handling, or customer service is a plus, but not essential.
