About The Role

Position: Client Services Coordinator

We have a new job opportunity in our client services team, we are looking for someone who would like to join and take part in our successful team. Location: Neilson Street, Onehunga, Auckland

Status: 1-year fixed term, fulltime (immediate start date)

This is a full-time position with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week. Hours of work are 7am - 4pm Monday – Friday and 7am - 12pm Saturday as rostered.

Duties:

Your primary function will be to provide Client support and coordination to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our site based at the Neilson Street depot in Auckland.

This is a challenging and fast-paced position responsible for coordinating the efficient flow of shipping containers through our site. A service delivery mind set coupled with proactive communication, excellent time management, and accurate system administration is key.

Well-spoken and a strong communicator

You will be a practical thinker and have a genuine desire to learn and deliver positive outcomes. You have intermediate computer skills you must be proficient in Excel and Outlook. You are organised and able to manage your time and ideally have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in an office environment; however, we are willing to talk to anyone with the right attitude.
