These roles are based in Christchurch only, with the potential to work from home one day a week. Current business days are Monday to Friday inclusive.

We focus on delivering outstanding customer experience, operational excellence, and value for all stakeholders. Responsible for supporting lending requirements for all Consumer, Business, Agri-Business, and Corporate customers and our Securitisation Programme.
As a Lending Services Manager, you will lead a team of Lending Support Specialists to embed a strong operating model and work collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer interactions by coaching and developing your team and optimizing our processes and technology. You will support a multi-skilled environment, maintain flexibility and change readiness, whilst fostering a high performing and engaged team culture.
Your goal is to ensure Lending Services is the best, most efficient, and capable team to assist customers in accessing their money faster.

- Proven leadership experience in a customer service or operations environment
- Skilled team builder able to set clear and challenging goals, generating enthusiasm and excitement
- Commercial and financial acumen
- Experienced Lender, ideally in both Consumer and Business Lending
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- Highly developed critical reasoning and analytical skills
- Effective problem-solver, with the ability to think innovatively and implement change
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize work activities, completing a variety of tasks within short timeframes, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing multiple responsibilities
- A track record of successfully leading process improvement and/or technology optimization initiatives or projects
- Highly developed attention to detail, focused on right first time and quality output
- Confident and proficient in Microsoft Office environment (Outlook, Excel, Word, Dynamics CRM)
