Ko tō tūranga – your role
Are you an organized and driven professional with a passion for supporting high-impact projects? We're seeking a Programme Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of programmes within our dynamic Data function. In this role, you'll work closely with the Programme Manager, providing essential support to drive project success, streamline processes, and ensure our data-driven initiatives achieve their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

Financial Coordination:

  • End of Month, End of Qtr, EoY, Financial reporting including ad hoc, anomalies, Programme recharging and monitoring of quality and accuracy, Budget vs actuals tracking and coordination at Programme level



Measuring and Reporting Delivery Progress and Value Delivered:

  • Setting and signoff processing oversight, managing the delivery progress, achievement outcomes and reports for initiatives, using standard tools and ensure accuracy and consistency of use.



Day to Day Operations:

  • Risk reporting, meetings regularity and attendance, actions tracking, consistent implementation of Programme policies and practices, relationship management within the Programme and with stakeholders, Programme communications and Team cohesion and Health and Safety.

  • Good knowledge of project and programme management practices.
  • Knowledge of financial management generally and detailed knowledge of project and programme financial management.
  • Good EQ and people skills to manage /resolve conflicting stakeholder interests with professional approach and to know when to escalate/request assistance.
