ECE Kaiako- Oratia Kindergarten (part time 20 hours)

At Oratia Kindergarten, we are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dedicated, certified, and experienced ECE part time (20 hours Monday-Friday) Kaiako to become a vital part of our team. Following a period of rejuvenation after flood remediation, we are thrilled to welcome new energy and expertise to help shape the futures of our tamariki and their whānau. This is a chance to step into a part-time, permanent role within an environment that values growth, collaboration, and the unique journey of each tamariki.

We are looking for Someone Who:

  • Is a registered and certified ECE Kaiako with a passion for early childhood education.

  • Is dedicated to fostering a learning environment that is led by the tamariki, supporting their natural curiosity and development through play.
  • Exhibits strong skills in planning, assessment, and documentation, enhancing the learning experiences of our tamariki.
  • Shares our enthusiasm for the outdoors and sustainability, contributing to our vision of nurturing environmentally conscious individuals.
  • Has a current first aid certificate
