Job Description
Do you like to get stuck in and help out where needed? Work in an environment where you are surrounded by friends and loads of tiny smiles.
Our early childhood centre in Matamata is currently looking for a housekeeper to help out with the day to day running and functioning of the centre. This is a full time role - approximate hours would be 9am till 4pm
The role consists of:
- General cleaning of common areas
- Glass/window cleaning
- Laundry
- Dishes and also assisting our chef in the kitchen when needed. There may also be the need for you to step into the chef role if our chef is away.
- Chipping in really wherever needed
This is a physically demanding role so someone good physical health will be essential.
To be successful for this role you will:
- Be a well organised
- Have an extremally high standard of cleanliness
- Have a fun, bubbly, can-do attitude
- Experience in a similar position
- You must be in New Zealand and have the rights to work in New Zealand
- This role requires a police clearance
