Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, well organised administrator to join our Christchurch team, based near the airport.

As our Operations Assistant you will be a crucial member of our fast-paced, growing organisation. This varied role offers diversity that includes both customer-facing and general office duties.

What your day will look like:

  • Front reception duties, greeting customers and answering phone enquiries
  • Processing online reservations
  • Preparing and managing invoices
  • Assisting with rental pick up and returns
  • Other administrative tasks to support our operation


Our ideal candidate:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous administration or customer service experience
  • Have a good eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech savvy and able to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full NZ Drivers Licence
