Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, well organised administrator to join our Christchurch team, based near the airport.
As our Operations Assistant you will be a crucial member of our fast-paced, growing organisation. This varied role offers diversity that includes both customer-facing and general office duties.
What your day will look like:
- Front reception duties, greeting customers and answering phone enquiries
- Processing online reservations
- Preparing and managing invoices
- Assisting with rental pick up and returns
- Other administrative tasks to support our operation
Our ideal candidate:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Have a good eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech savvy and able to learn new systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full NZ Drivers Licence
