Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a multidisciplinary technical team responsible for designing and delivering integrated solutions
  • Shape and own the technical strategy and development roadmap
  • Ensure all solutions meet required standards, specifications, and operational needs
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support long term strategic outcomes
  • Oversee the development and delivery of technical artefacts within scope and timelines
  • Maintain strong, trusted relationships across agencies, technology partners, and senior decision makers
  • Guide the delivery of a robust and forward focused Technical Services Strategy


What You Will Bring

  • Significant experience in telecommunications architecture, design, or deployment
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver results in complex environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively at executive, ministerial, and board levels
  • Deep understanding of telecommunications systems, operating models, and technical integration
  • Experience working with technology vendors and managing contractual outcomes
