Job Description

This is a new and exciting position in our Napier Branch due to our ever-expanding nationwide company. This role involves a wide range of tasks in the rental car industry along with the opportunity to advance your career as many others have before you.

This is a permanent full-time role, working Tuesday to Saturday.

The role:

  • Customer service - in person and by phone
  • Processing online reservations and enquiries
  • Preparing vehicles for customers
  • Checking vehicles in and out
  • Delivering and collecting vehicles
  • Basic vehicle maintenance
  • Grooming and detailing vehicles
