About the role

This is a part time permanent role for 11 hours a week on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 3 pm (weekend allowance applies). You must be available to work both days of the weekend
We also have an additional 5 hours of work on Mondays from 9am to 3 pm. This extra day is available for a fixed term till the 4th of August 2025
Duties Include:
- Cleaning resident rooms and common areas
- Do 'spring' cleans and 'deep' cleans as required.
- Infection control is carried out as per guidelines, instructions and standards.
- Liaise and ensure residents personal laundry is taken care of and handled in the most appropriate way.
- Follow/improve the systems of stock control for cleaning products and linen stock.
- Ensuring our residents environment is kept the highest standard of cleanliness.
Experience and Skills Required:
- You will be an exceptional cleaner, wanting to ensure everything is spotless and in its place.
- Cleaning experience -Domestic and or commercial preferred but is not essential.
- Laundry experiences a bonus
- Safe handling of chemicals training a bonus -but we can provide training.
- Excellent English and communication skills & a positive attitude
