Silverdale Medical is seeking skilled Urgent Care Physicians to join our 7-day Urgent Care service on the Hibiscus Coast. Our modern, well-equipped clinic provides comprehensive acute and urgent medical care in a collaborative and well-supported environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality acute care for a wide range of urgent and semi-urgent presentations
• Perform minor procedures, including suturing, wound care, and fracture management
• Work alongside a strong multidisciplinary team, including GPs, nurse practitioners, nurses, and an on-site pharmacist
• Use digital tools and clinical systems for efficient patient management and documentation
• Mentor junior doctors and nursing staff, if desired

What We're Looking For:

• Vocational Registration in Urgent Care (or working towards it)
• Fellowship with RNZCUC (or eligibility) preferred, but GPs with urgent care experience are welcome to apply
• Experience in acute care settings, with strong clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume clinic
• Commitment to patient-centred care with excellent communication skills
