The Role:
We are looking for a proactive Service Delivery Manager to own the customer’s tech journey, anticipating needs and providing solutions. You’ll be central to delivering nationwide service, guiding clients, and ensuring a seamless experience. Your technical background will help simplify IT for customers and translate issues into business solutions.
Own service delivery, providing top-tier support and driving business forward as a trusted tech advisor. Manage escalations, drive service improvement and automation, collaborate with teams/vendors, monitor KPIs/SLAs, conduct root cause analysis, and build strong customer/vendor relationships.
Skills & Experience Required
- An innate talent for building strong client relationships, supported by excellent communication and a customer-first approach.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively, with a background in IT support or service delivery roles.
- Practical experience leading IT service operations within a dynamic, fast-paced MSP setting.
- Deep technical proficiency in Microsoft environments, including M365 and related infrastructure.
- A proactive mindset, always thinking ahead to identify potential challenges and steer clients toward the best outcomes.
- Resilient under pressure, quick to respond, and confident in owning and resolving issues.
- Committed to innovation and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering exceptional IT service experiences.
