Our team at Trident is dedicated to providing expert repair, maintenance, modification, and installation services for mobility equipment across Northland. With a focus on exceptional customer service, we are committed to helping individuals of all ages and abilities enhance their independence.
We are currently looking for an Office Administrator / Scheduler to join our team in Whangarei.
You'll be responsible for data entry, answering phones, creating jobs, booking jobs, assisting techs with administration queries, and inwards / outwards goods.
You'll need:
- Previous experience in an office administration background
- To be confident using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- A professional, well spoken, and clear phone manner
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- To be able to take instruction and work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new systems
This is a full time permanent opportunity, hours are flexible 30 - 40 hours per week. A competitive salary is on offer aligned with the skills and experience you bring to the role. Onsite parking is available.
