As our SAP Change Manager you will work within engagement teams to deliver change solutions for clients and deliver projects across the full change spectrum. You will:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to define project scope and execute delivery with clients
- Analyse complex problems to scope, discuss and carry out required tasks, working independently and also with our Change team
- Contribute to innovative ideas to expand our People Consulting service offerings to clients and positively impact client engagements
- An active member of the EY Change and Learning Community, assisting with the integration and inclusion of team members and operating as a part of a high performing team

- Extensive experience in delivering change management on large SAP programs
- Specific SAP module experience includes Procurement, Supply Chain or Maintenance
- Competency in leading the change effort in functional areas (Procurement or Supply Chain or Maintenance)
- Ability to turn complex quantitative and qualitative data analysis into a compelling narrative to support project delivery
- Demonstrable ability to proactively build relationships and manage client stakeholders and establish credibility
- Understand the impact of change management to enable/enhance workforce performance, engagement, and wellbeing
- Knowledge of/experience in any of the following technologies and their organisational implications:
- Emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Big Data, RPA, IoT, Blockchain) and enabling software (e.g., Blue Prism)
