We seek a friendly, social & experienced Chef de Partie to join our team.

Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen
- Operational experience with a high-volume venue
- Development and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of Asian, and European cuisine
- Experience managing teams of chefs and kitchen hands.
- Outstanding problem-solving, solutions internal and guest-related skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fully qualified with a la carte and banqueting kitchen experience.
- Understanding of Health and Safety
- Good organisational skills with a high level of presentation
