About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring our customers’ needs are met with precision and care, while driving sales opportunities and contributing to the success of the business.



What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Customer Engagement: Be the first point of contact and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Quotation Management: Finalize client specifications, ensure quotes are accurate, and follow up to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Sales Conversion: Complete the sales process, securing final client acceptance and maximizing value.
  • Production Coordination: Collect and prepare all manufacturing details, including site measures, to ensure a smooth production flow.
  • Target Achievement: Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities to meet and exceed management-set targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the estimating team and sales manager while independently managing direct client interactions.



What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Confidently liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure all needs are met efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all quotes, specifications, and production details are accurate and precise.
  • Sales Focus: Ability to follow up and close sales opportunities, maximizing value for the business.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple enquiries and processes while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Flexibility: Confidently handle on-site measures and adapt to client-specific requirements.
