Job Description

We're looking for an energetic administrator to join our team and deliver administrative and customer service support to ensure our Hutt Valley operation runs effectively!

What your day will look like:

  • Administration duties; including preparing and maintaining driver shift cards, accurately processing cash takings and sorting mail
  • Customer service; managing the front office of our depot and answering phone enquiries
  • Maintaining health and safety records, accurately record minutes of meetings
  • Managing lost property, and ordering depot supplies and uniforms as needed
  • Work closely with our Operations and Network Support Centre to support with any administrative tasks.


We're looking for an energetic people person, ideally you will have:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Good computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
  • Organised with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Holds a full, clean class 1 drivers' licence
  • Ability to pass a Police Vetting Check.
