The company offers land development consultancy services including professional development advice, project management, civil engineering, surveying, and planning. Their projects range from large scale master-planned communities in greenfield locations, to complex infill developments in brownfields sites, right down to smaller residential and lifestyle subdivisions.

The Role

• Using 12d to carry out civil engineering design and preparation of drawings
• Ensure technical quality and completion on schedule and within budget
• Preparation of detailed design drawings and submission of Engineering Applications.
• Attend to Requests for Information & 224c RFI’s
• Liaison with client & contractor representatives
• Plan the implementation of projects, co-ordinate and control specific discipline or contracts within projects
• Organise and attend project meetings
• Undertake contract administration duties of civil engineering projects as required
• Prepare schedules, contract documentation, resource consents and other documents

About You

• Bachelor of Engineering or NZCE
• Land development and subdivision design experience
• Minimum 3 years civil engineering industry experience
• Strong 12D and BricsCAD skills/experience
• Good client relationship skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Organised and proactive
• Good communication skills – written and verbal
• Genuine “Can Do” attitude and willingness to learn
