Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, focusing on property transactions.
- Managing schedules, appointments, and deadlines, including settlements and e-dealings.
- Handling conveyancing tasks, including Landonline processes.
- Maintaining filing systems (digital and physical) with confidentiality.
- Drafting contracts, lease agreements, and other property-related documents.
- Processing invoices, billing, and general administrative duties.
You will bring:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in New Zealand (essential).
- Expertise in property law processes, including conveyancing and settlements.
- Proficiency with Landonline and legal practice management software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- A professional, client-focused, and team-oriented approach.
