We are looking for Business Planning and Intelligence Lead Advisor to play a pivotal role in driving evidence-based decision-making within Parking Services. This leads the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to enhance the delivery of parking related services and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role will provide advice and will be part of a wider team charged with embedding change to ensure successful strategic and operational outcomes. The role is also responsible for developing and monitoring the Parking Services annual business plan, related performance, reporting as required ensure that agreed corrective actions are implemented.

As a senior member of the team, you will not only provide high-quality insights but also mentor and guide others in best practices for data management and analysis. Your ability to translate complex information into meaningful intelligence will support operational efficiency and improve service delivery.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to lead data-driven decision-making, ensuring insights support business objectives and regulatory effectiveness.
  • People & Stakeholder Management: Experience in coaching and mentoring team members while engaging with key stakeholders to influence decisions.
  • Advanced Data Analysis & Interpretation: Strong analytical skills to manage complex data sets and provide meaningful insights.
  • Project & Service Improvement: Expertise in embedding data insights into projects and business improvements, enhancing operational efficiencies.
  • Reliable & Actionable Intelligence: A track record of delivering accurate, accessible, and relevant data insights to support leadership and planning.
