Job Description

​Main Duties:

  • Conduct and manage internal audits for the site and close out the identified gaps in timely manner.
  • Manage the Internal Non-Conformances prior to closing them and monitor the re-occurring issues to run PSG group/s.
  • Manage full Operational compliance with all the regulatory bodies applicable to site AP IF notice, GACC, SAMR, FSSC, RMP, HACCP, Halal, Organics and OMAR requirements for export.
  • Conduct gap assessments for all the required standards applicable to products category packed on site.
  • Address gaps for improvement and drive full implementation in all areas.
  • Review ingredient specifications for full compliance for applicable export markets prior to use in production.
  • Preparation of Finished Goods Specifications (Base powder and Can products) with full compliance & regulatory check for export market.
  • Liase with external customers for any information required for site or products.
  • To ensure renewal of annual export and other site certifications.
  • Support Internal Exception Approvals for site for any temporary deviations or changes for effective implementation.
  • Support on management of Documentation system for site, including staff training, review of processes and forms on site software i.e., Process Manager.
  • Support on compliance check for AP Ecert system i.e. Foreign Ingredient Certificates for overseas dairy materials, Edecs for all incoming materials & products manufactured and raise Export certificates for final product.
  • Conduct GMP audits.
  • Drive Good manufacturing and Prerequisite program on site.
  • Lead and support improvement projects for the Quality Team.


Qualifications and Experience - Essential:

  • Food industry experience
  • >3-year Quality Team experience
  • Good level Communication Skills
  • Quality System Practices
  • Health & Safety Practices
  • Computer Literate
  • Exposure to Quality Systems including HACCP


Qualifications and Experience - Preferred:

  • Food Technology degree / QA diploma
  • Infant Formula Knowledge
  • Dairy Powder Knowledge
  • HACCP understanding
  • AP Cert knowledge
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Exposure to developing Quality Systems and performing Quality Audits
  • Infant formula or Dairy Experience
