Shape the Future of Operations Excellence: Lead the evolution of internal products and services to drive operational efficiency while delivering outstanding resident and team experiences. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and optimise service delivery, ensuring both digital and non-digital solutions align with our purpose.
Collaborative and Purpose-Driven Environment: Work closely with clinical and operational teams, as well as the Customer & Technology team, to design and deliver digital products that transform operations and improve care delivery. You'll partner with stakeholders across the organisation to turn innovative ideas into impactful solutions.

What will you do?
In this role, you will lead product strategy, evolution, and adoption, ensuring physical and digital offerings are both profitable and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Collaborating with the broader Customer & Technology team, Operations teams and spending plenty of time with our residents and future customers, you'll draw on your product leadership and design thinking experience to uncover and execute new opportunities that enhance the customer journey and strengthen our value proposition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the product vision and roadmap for customer-facing products, aligning them with the overall business strategy and customer needs.
- Identify and prioritise new product opportunities, with a focus on creating innovative solutions that will deliver significant value to customers and the organisation.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that all physical and digital products are user-centred, meet market demands, and offer competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with design and technology teams to ensure that product features are optimised for functionality, usability, and scalability.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential opportunities for product innovation.
