Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Lead, you will oversee the technical implementation of the project, providing direction and guidance to a team of engineers. You will be responsible for the overall architecture and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing automation efforts using Hubspot and Iterable.
- Support the migration from Iterable to Hubspot for B2B use cases, while ensuring continued use of Iterable for B2C.
- Manage email and SMS campaigns, building landing pages, and executing lead scoring strategies.
- Integrate Hubspot with CRM systems like Salesforce and manage data flow between marketing and sales.
- Enable behavior-based marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Hubspot and Iterable.
- Strong knowledge of CRM integration, including Salesforce.
- Experience in email marketing, SMS, campaign management, and lead scoring.
- Strong analytical skills to track and report on campaign performance.
