Security & Network Operations Engineer

Are you ready to be the eyes and ears of our network? In this role you'll be at the heart of the action, keeping a close watch on performance, security, and uptime - armed with more tools than a Swiss Army knife. You'll prioritize and resolve network incidents like a pro, all while ensuring security procedures run smoothly. With ITIL management and a strong team spirit, you'll own escalated network issues and drive continuous improvements. And yes, we're looking for a flexible night owl—this role includes a 24/7 roster. How you'll make a difference | Ngā pūkenga Rangatira

solid experience in network monitoring, diagnostics, troubleshooting, security and network operations
good working knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies and methodologies
analytical problem solver, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
team-player with a positive can-do attitude
