We are Millennium Hotel Rotorua. Together with Copthorne and Kingsgate Hotels, we are one of New Zealand's largest hotel operators and part of an expanding international network of hotels. We are known for creating memorable guest experiences that start from the moment our guests walk through the door and continue 24/7 during their stay with us. That's where you come in.
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and friendly Porter to join our warm and welcoming Front Office team! You will promote positive guest experiences by welcoming guests, explaining hotel facilities, and anticipating guests' needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide guests with a warm welcome and departure
- Assist with guest luggage
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness of the Hotel's public areas
- Attend to guest requests
- Ability to work day and night shifts and tend to guest bar and lounge on occasion

Key skills and experience:
- Must have a full clean driver's license
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent English is essential for this position
- Professional manner and impeccable presentation
- Physical capability to lift and transfer guest luggage
- Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends
We will look after you with regular shifts (full-time 40 hours per week), a friendly team environment, and the prestige of being part of one of NZ's leading hotel brands. $23 - $26ph
