The Role
We are seeking a skilled Specialist Operator with extensive experience in operating heavy machinery to join our team and work alongside the Foreman. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating WTR machinery with confidence and precision
• Taking direction from the Foreman and team leaders to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety, ensuring the safety of your crew at all times
• Leading by example with a hands-on approach, combining machine operation and labouring duties

Working Hours
This is a full-time role, typically Monday to Friday, from 7am to 5pm. Flexibility may be required depending on project needs.

Requirements

• WTR endorsement (Class 2 license is preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• MOJ check and drug test required
