Job Description
Love the mountains? Got a clean license and confident on alpine roads? We're on the lookout for Ski Coach Drivers to join our team this winter, helping guests travel safely and comfortably between Queenstown and the Cardrona and Treble Cone ski fields.
At RealNZ, we pride ourselves on delivering extraordinary experiences - and that starts the moment our guests hop on the coach. If you're safety-focused, friendly, and love a view out the windscreen, read on.
You'll be safely driving our coaches between Queenstown and the ski fields, navigating all kinds of winter conditions with confidence. Along the way, you'll create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests, helping with gear loading and unloading, answering questions about the ski areas, and making sure everyone gets where they need to go comfortably. You'll also take pride in keeping your coach clean, tidy, and road-ready, while completing daily checks, logbooks, and following all standard operating procedures.
What you'll bring:
- A current NZ Class 2 (or above) licence and a valid P endorsement
- Confident snow driving skills — including fitting and using chains
- A calm, cautious, and safety-first driving style
- Great people skills and a welcoming attitude
- Knowledge of local roads and ski areas (or willingness to learn quickly!)
