  • Great part time role to fulfil branch Admin & coordinate customer service.
  • 15 hours per week, across 3 days, preferably 5 hours on Tues, Weds, Thursday

My client is a very successful company that provides equipment repair and maintenance services to the dental industry across New Zealand. They are true leaders in their industry and are in a growth phase.

The Role:
On their behalf we are looking for a Part Time Administration / Customer Service Coordinator to join their Tauranga based team, for approximately 25 hours a week, spread over 3 days. (5 hours a day, during business hours).

This could really suit a parent who is looking for work during school hours. We would prefer someone who can commit to a permanent long-term, part-time role. (Students, please do not apply).

This role will provide administration to support branch activities as well as handling customer enquiries, taking and logging service requests, organizing service technician visits, following up with appropriate administration and invoicing and ensuring that the customer is communicated with at each stage of the process.

The Role in more detail:

  • Responding to service requests from customers (by phone and email)
  • Gathering information from the customer to describe the fault. Ordering any necessary parts.
  • Booking jobs into the service calendar and scheduling a field technician's visit
  • Follow up all open jobs until they are closed. Ensuring the Service Technicians complete their service administration requirements.
  • Preparation of quote and invoices.
  • Ensuring customers are communicated with around any issues, delays, or outstanding parts.
  • Building relationships with the Service team and the company's customers.
  • General administration to support the smooth running of the Branch.


About You

  • Mature minded. Very customer service oriented. Good communication skills
  • Any dental industry experience would be a huge bonus
  • Some technical nous. Could come from a technical customer service or Service Coordinator role.
  • Strong administration experience, with a basic accounting understanding
  • Strong PC and systems experience. Confident use of MS Word and Excel
  • Proactive, organised work habits. Efficient.
  • Strong attention to detail. Accuracy in your work.
  • Reliable, trustworthy and committed
  • Piles of initiative and a can-do attitude.
