We are urgently seeking a dynamic Relationship Consultant to join our rapidly growing Client Services team. This is a critical role supporting both Business and Consumer customers across Institutional and Business Banking Service, Customer and Product Onboarding, Business Cards, Merchants, and Digital Banking teams. You will work closely with Relationship Managers, Analysts, and Product teams to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

Our strength lies in understanding that each customer has unique needs, and we strive to provide comprehensive banking solutions tailored to every customer, regardless of their size. If you thrive on connecting with people and building lasting professional relationships, this role is perfect for you. You will excel at identifying opportunities to create exceptional customer experiences through your outstanding service.

As the primary contact for our customers' day-to-day banking needs, your responsiveness, priority management, and excellent communication and business support skills will be crucial.

Our Client Services team is spread across New Zealand, from Whangarei to Invercargill, and we are excited to expand our presence at our Corporate sites.
