What you'll do | Hei mahi
As a Client Strategy and Solutions Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and prioritising key growth opportunities for brands, working end-to-end with clients to ensure campaign activity is aligned to clearly-stated objectives.
Support the Head of Strategy& Solutions develop strategic insights, facilitate workshops and work closely with analytics, with the goal of delivering bespoke solutions for our key clients by addressing their business challenges.
Maintain a knowledge of media best practices, stay on top of trends and translate this knowledge into actionable strategies.
Create market-leading integrated campaign solutions in response to multi-channel briefs, optimised for maximum performance against key client objectives and across Cartology’s omnichannel footprint of the customer journeys.
Execution of a media planning framework that will guide proactive and reactive campaign recommendations, ensuring alignment with product owners offerings, channel and customer insights.
Lead strategic demand generation activities and client engagement alongside sales and client strategy.
What you’ll bring | Hei koha
- Several years experience in FMCG media with demonstrated leadership roles and experience in media planning / strategy / solutions roles.
- Commercial acumen to identify opportunities for growth and demonstrated experience in defining, communicating and delivering business strategies to Executive stakeholders.
- Strong partnering skills to drive successful internal and external relationships including stakeholder management in a complex matrix environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and good follow-through. In particular strong presentation design and storytelling skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft powerpoint / Google slides skills
