Production Supervisor

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient production processes, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

This is a hands-on leadership position, where you’ll guide and support your team to achieve production targets, meet safety and quality standards, and continuously improve processes. Your ability to inspire and lead by example will be instrumental to the success of your team and the broader business.

Daily Tasks:

• Supervise and lead a team to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance is met across with safety, and food safety standards.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Provide hands-on support to the team, fostering collaboration and productivity.
• Oversee training and development to build team capability.
• Manage resources effectively to meet deadlines and achieve efficiency targets.
• Report on production outcomes and escalate issues as required.
• Equipment maintenance identifying and solving equipment related problems to avoid delay in production

You Will Bring to This Role:

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume food manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in food production or meat processing is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Computer literacy and experience with production systems are advantageous.
• Physically fit in order to carry heavy lifting
