Summary
We are looking for an experienced Administrator who will bring a positive presence and provide high-level of administration support.

About the role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
- This is a full time role 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Are you a super organised people person? Do you love having your finger on the pulse and pride yourself on delivering outstanding results? Do you get excited by getting involved in wide range of tasks? On one day you might be working on planning and delivery on training, the other day you’ll be managing budgeting systems. You will be the person to go to regarding any employee queries and you’ll also maintain relationships with all contact in and outside of Pathways.
The Team
You’ll be reporting to the Service and Relationship Manager and joining our Pathways Wellington team. We are based in Vivian St, Te Aro Wellington City.
Skills & Experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako
We are interested to hear from people who have top notch written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team while having impeccable attention to detail. This is a varied role that requires variety of skills, and we would like to hear from people who have:
- At least 3 years administration experience
- New Zealand full driver’s license
- Current first aid certificate, or be willing to obtain one
- Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Preferably you will have some experience working in clinical/ DHB environment.
