The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Coordinator to join our Ashhurst-based team. In this full-time role, you will work alongside our Quality team to uphold and enhance our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about quality assurance and continuous improvement in an engineering environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting ongoing ISO 9001 certification efforts.
- Engaging and aligning team members across all business levels to optimize processes.
- Driving continual improvement through frequent analysis and review of business processes.
- Conducting internal quality audits to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.
- Managing accurate documentation for certifications and regulatory compliance.
- Preparing production quality document packs from confirmed quotes.
This role is perfect for a quality-focused professional with a proactive mindset and excellent attention to detail.
Days & Hours
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday:
- Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Flexibility for occasional additional hours may be required based on business needs.
Ideal Attributes
- Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
- At least 2 years of experience in a quality-focused role, preferably in engineering.
- Strong English literacy and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach to continuous improvement.
