We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team. You will be working within a talented development team and be responsible for delivering high quality analysis, requirements and recommendations and to ensure that systems are designed and maintained to meet the needs of the Bank's customers, our internal partners and customers and system / channel strategy and objectives.

What are some day to day tasks in this role?
Plan, estimate, coordinate and implement change according to agreed standards and using agreed business analysis processes, tools and artefacts.
Use exceptional research, data analysis and decision-making skills to assist in prioritization and delivery of a wide range of enhancements and bug fixes through to implementation.
Provide interpretation of technical information to business unit and business information / requirements, non-functional requirements to technical teams to enable delivery of solutions.

What projects / work will the candidate be working on now and into the next year?
This is an exciting time to join, the role will involve working across our Home Lending 360 project!
What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?
This role will suit someone with high attention to detail, the ability to think high-level and translate that to detailed-level requirements; personal resilience as well as ability to navigate through change and uncertainty. There will be a lot of context switching in this role, so this must be something you are very comfortable with
