In this flexible, casual role, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase the latest Samsung mobile products and deliver an exceptional experience to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Taking customers through a customer journey
• Taking photos of customers in the photo experience
• Communicate product, marketing, and promotional information to customers.
• Promote Samsung products in stores.
• Flexibility to work from Mondays - Sundays

What we’re looking for:

• Passion for Tech: A genuine interest in Samsung mobile products and a desire to share your knowledge with others.
• Customer-Focused: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers in finding the perfect tech solutions.
• Flexible Availability: Able to work casual hours, including weekends, predominantly rostered over Thursday–Sunday.
• Team-Oriented: A collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Positive Attitude: Enthusiasm for representing the Samsung brand and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
