Are you a night owl with a passion for ensuring safety and security? Red Badge Group is seeking a dedicated Night Supervisor to join our team.

In this Night Supervisor role, you will oversee and support our night operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients and customers. This opportunity offers a chance to make a real impact while working within a dynamic and supportive team environment. You’ll:
- Lead a team of night staff to deliver exceptional security services – you’ll be working on site 3-4 days a week, sharing a roster with another Night Supervisor to provide 7 day coverage for the team.
- Implement and oversee safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address security needs.
Please note that this is not a Monday – Friday position, hours of work will include weekend nights (Saturday and Sundays) so you’ll need to have flexibility to work these hours.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Previous mobile patrol or similar experience
- Strong understanding of security protocols and risk management
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid security license or relevant certifications
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in security management or related field
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
- Full Clean New Zealand Drivers License
- Certificate of Approval (COA) or be eligible to obtain one (have a clean criminal record, over 18)
