He angitūtanga / The opportunity:
Your primary focus will be on delivering business excellence across Business and Industry clients within New Zealand. You will lead strategic mobilisation and integration of new contracts into existing operations, ensuring effective coordination with operational teams for successful implementation. Your role will also involve developing and implementing retention strategies to enhance client satisfaction and meet contractual KPIs.

- Lead the strategic initiation and setup of new contracts, ensuring seamless integration with current operations.
- Manage the introduction of new products and services, coordinating with operational teams for successful implementation.
- Develop and implement strategies for retention, conduct retention clinics, and ensure the fulfilment of contractual KPIs and obligations.
- Oversee the operational project management team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the principal contact and business partner for sector operational teams and clients concerning business excellence.

- Proven background as a senior-level operations manager, adept at managing client contracts within the service industry.
- Strong capability to forge productive relationships with clients and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to function as a team player, working seamlessly and collaboratively across various business functions.
- Effective in leading change initiatives, engaging key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Highly focused on outcomes, with an excellent track record of implementing strategies and business plans to enhance overall business performance.
- Driven by customer service, with a proven record of innovation and achieving high performance.
- Exceptionally organised with a solid history of leading projects to completion on time and within budget.
