Job Description
Concrete Laborer with Paving Experience
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals with paving experience to join our team as Concrete Laborers. The successful candidates will assist with a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading materials, preparing worksites, and operating hand and power tools, specifically for concrete and paving projects.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading concrete and paving materials and equipment
- Preparing worksites by cleaning up and setting up equipment
- Operating basic hand and power tools for concrete finishing and paving
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with tasks related to concrete and paving installation
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
Requirements:
- Experience working with concrete and paving is a must
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Valid driver's license and own transportation is an asset
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as required
