The Senior Operations/Customer Service team member position requires someone who is ready to take that next step in their career. Ideally you have been working within the sports and recreation industry with proven excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Not only will you be providing exceptional customer service, but you will also be working collaboratively with the Duty Managers, assisting with the running of the Facility. This is a part-time permanent position.
You will be fully supported whilst you develop your leadership skills and are trained to cover the Duty Manager on shift when required. This is a fun and rewarding environment. You will help train new and casual employees of the facility operations and assist in keeping the team motivated and maintain a high level of service to our communities.

We currently have 2 positions available as follows:
Part-time role #1
- Saturday: 6.30 am - 2.00 pm
- Sunday: 3.00 pm - 10.30 pm
Part-time role #2
- Friday: 2.00 pm - 10.30 pm
- Sunday: 8.00 am - 4.30 pm
The Ākau Tangi Sports Centre (12 court facility based in Kilbirnie, Wellington) is a vibrant facility which has seen significant growth over recent years.
