The Opportunity: Our client is seeking a passionate Scrum Master to lead agile teams and drive impactful change. In this essential role, you will guide teams through Scrum methodologies, help them navigate challenges, and deliver value in a fast-paced environment. As a coach and mentor, you’ll cultivate agility, enhance collaboration across teams, and inspire growth.

You will collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritise and optimise the Product Backlog for maximum effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, driving agile initiatives. Agile certifications (SAFe preferred). Strong skills in coaching, communication, and conflict resolution. The ability to adapt and lead effectively through change.
