We match families with older people (50s and upwards) locally, fostering stronger support networks and the joy of multi-generational connections. ✨

About the Opportunity

As a Community Champion in Whangaparāoa, Auckland, you'll play a vital part in GrandFriends' mission. You'll be the friendly face that helps build bridges between families and older adults in our community, enriching lives and strengthening social connections. This is an on-site opportunity, allowing for direct, impactful engagement.

The Opportunity Will Involve

  • Connecting with families and older adults in the Whangaparāoa area.
  • Facilitating introductions and building relationships between matched pairs.
  • Providing support and guidance to ensure successful pairings.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the GrandFriends program.
  • Representing GrandFriends positively within the community. 🤝

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
