About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team in Invercargill, Southland. This is an on-site role where you will be responsible for managing a team of accountants and providing exceptional client service.

The role will involve:

• Leading and managing a team of accountants, including performance reviews, training, and development.
• Providing exceptional client service, including building strong relationships and resolving client queries.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for growth and improvement within the business.
• Working closely with the franchise owner to achieve business objectives.
