About the Opportunity Step into a pivotal role where your contributions will play a crucial part in defining our clients vision. As an Agile Release Train Coordinator, you’ll be the linchpin for effective coordination, ensuring agile teams are aligned and empowered to achieve their goals. You will facilitate essential events, address challenges, and drive continuous improvements throughout the ART. Your behind-the-scenes leadership will enable teams to navigate obstacles and enhance their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate ART Planning, workshops, and leadership meetings.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders to maintain team alignment and progress.
- Eliminate delivery hurdles and promote seamless cross-team collaboration.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to boost team performance.
- Mentor teams on agile methodologies and project management best practices.
About You You are organised, proactive, and ready to lead from the background. You thrive in agile settings and have a knack for keeping teams moving forward.
Qualifications:
- A degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an agile or tech-oriented coordination role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Proficiency in tools such as ADO, JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach, always looking for ways to enhance processes and drive positive change.
You can communicate using basic te reo Māori, diverse perspectives are highly valued.
