Bayleys Real Estate is the largest commercial and industrial company in the country and is proud of its reputation of being a market leader. With four offices across Auckland (North Shore, North West, Central and South Auckland) you can choose the location that best suits your needs.

To work as a salesperson in real estate you will need to complete the National Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) (Level 4). This is an entry level qualification, and upon completion you will have met the requirements to be a licensed salesperson. Service providers that Bayleys recommend using to obtain your license are Skills and Open Polytechnic. Both options are delivered fully online, with a face to face element as the final assessment. When you have gained your qualification you can then apply to the Real Estate Authority (REA) for your real estate license. All up this can take from six weeks to six months to complete.
